At Bundy Photo Gifts, we respect the creativity and legal rights of artists, photographers, designers, and businesses. For this reason, we do not reproduce, print, engrave, sublimate, or otherwise use images that are protected by copyright or owned by another person or company without proper permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cartoon and animated characters
• Movie, TV, gaming, or sports logos
• Brand names and trademarks
• Professional photography taken by others
• Artwork found online or on social media
• Designs created by another business, seller, or creator
• Images downloaded from Google, Pinterest, Facebook, Etsy, etc.

Customer Responsibility

By providing images or artwork to Bundy Photo Gifts, the customer confirms that:

1. They own the image/design or
2. They have written permission or a valid licence to use it.

If requested, we may ask for proof of ownership or permission before proceeding.

Our Right to Refuse

Bundy Photo Gifts reserves the right to decline any order that appears to involve copyright infringement, trademark misuse, or unauthorised copying of another creator’s work.

Custom Designs

We are happy to work with:

• Your own original photos
• Your own artwork
• Licensed or royalty-free images you have permission to use
• Custom designs created specifically for you by Bundy Photo Gifts
