Our policy is in general No Returns. As all of our products are custom and personalized to you they are not resellable to anyone else. We work hard with you to design and ensure that you are happy with the design before manufacture and shipping. Please check and double check at the point of design to ensure satisfaction. 
Please communicate via email or Facebook Messenger as first choice. We are happy to work with you as much as possible.

• Digital Download Files
• Downloadable software products.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bundyphotogifts@gmail.com and send your item to: 25A Bargara Lakes Dr., Bargara QLD 4670, Australia.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later,

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
