Bundy Photo Gifts offers flat-rate shipping of $10 Australia-wide and free shipping on orders of $150 or more.

Express delivery options are also available if needed.

 

DELIVERY TO NEW ZEALAND

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 AUD to New Zealand.

Express options are available on request.

• Orders with non-custom products: 1–3 business days
• Orders containing custom products: 1–3 weeks
• Mixed orders will dispatch based on the longest processing time in the order.

All packages are shipped via Australia Post.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES (AFTER DISPATCH)

Once your parcel is handed to Australia Post, delivery times are outside our control.

• Standard Post: Allow 3–7 business days
• Express Post: Allow 1–4 business days

 

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a parcel is returned to Bundy Photo Gifts due to being unclaimed or not collected, the customer is responsible for additional postage costs to resend the package.

Refunds are not available for unclaimed orders.

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your address details at checkout.

Bundy Photo Gifts is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or extra shipping fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Bundy Photo Gifts does not accept refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect ordering.

We will, however, assist in the rare event that an item is faulty.

Many of our products are made from natural wood, meaning each piece is unique. Variations may include natural grain differences, knots, colour changes, or variations in laser engraving.

By purchasing, you acknowledge these natural characteristics and understand that refunds or exchanges will not be offered for these variations.
